You can also experiment with different crystals to see what works best for you. There are no wrong answers here! A crystal that has a calming effect, like amethyst or rose quartz, may be a good place to start. Once you've chosen your crystal, hold it in the palm of your hand or rest it on your chest. Then, focus on your breath and the energy of the crystal.
Take a relaxing crystal with you wherever you go! I know this sounds simple, but seriously, give it a try! Crystals have all sorts of tranquil and soothing energies, such as amethyst, rose quartz, selenite, and so many more. Try some experiments, what do you have to lose!? Simply carry one of these crystals with you throughout your day; it could be in your pocket, handbag, or as a piece of jewellery! 3. Labradorite: Known as the “stone of transformation,” labradorite is said to be helpful in times of change and uncertainty. It is believed to help ease anxiety and promote courage, confidence, and strength.
4. Turquoise: A stone of protection, turquoise is said to promote harmony and balance. It is also said to be helpful in easing anxiety, depression, and stress.
5. Amethyst: A stone of calm and serenity, amethyst is said to be helpful in relieving anxiety, stress, and tension. It is also said to promote peace of mind and heighten intuition.
