How would your life change if you consciously chose a positive attitude each day? For starters, you would feel much happier about life. You would feel more motivated about pursuing your dreams because you believe in the possibilities for making them a reality. You would be able to enjoy the time spent with your friends and family more, because you want to share your joy with others. You would feel strong and empowered in your ability to do anything you set your mind to. You would be able to overcome challenges with ease because you had a strong belief in your own skills and abilities.  You would be able to love deeply and completely without fear of rejection or betrayal.
